Delivery

We dispatch every order from our UK depot within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 3pm on a working day go out the same day.

• Standard UK delivery: £3.95, arrives in 2–4 working days
• Free UK delivery on all orders over £30
• You'll get a dispatch confirmation and tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our depot

We currently only deliver within the UK.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.

To start a return, use our contact page with your order number and we'll send you instructions and a returns address. Once we receive your item, refunds are processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items

If anything arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you'd prefer.
