RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Kittelo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please read our policy below.
Eligibility for Returns We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided.
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@kittelo.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Faulty Items If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please check your bank account and contact your card provider. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@kittelo.com.
