Kittelo ships to the United Kingdom and Australia. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 10–18 business days
During peak periods delivery times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated after dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties Orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@kittelo.com. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
