These terms apply to every order placed on this site with Kittelo.

Placing an order

An order is accepted, and a contract formed, when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — not when you place the order.

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout via Shopify's payment processor.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

If an item is faulty, we'll repair, replace or refund it in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
